This song was inspired by someone special (They know exactly who they are). I was in a "situationship" with them at the time this was written, and I felt they didn't fully understand exactly how I felt about them. This song was just to let them know how serious I was.

I was going through a tough breakup and my engineer got me in the studio, picked out a beat on YouTube and told me to just sing what I feel.
