Motor City Manchester madness, ‘Make This Right’ is a sublime deep house journey that makes nods to all the right places, from the streets of Stretford to the downtown of The D.
Sweeping pads, a rousing bassline and expert drum programming from Ruffy lay the foundations for the neo-soul stylings of Lovescene to hit you exactly where you want it to, through a brilliant vocal performance. Think late night, smoked out basements with chest rumbling stacks in every corner.

On the B side, Ruffy offers up a dub for the dancers, 808 cowbells fizzing through the sweat dripping surrounds before closing it out with a ‘Beatapella’ in classic OG style.

NYC-based producer Will DiMaggio returns to the Future Times imprint to deliver his debut album titled 'At Ease', which includes the dreamy house cut 'Steppin W Friends'.

Recorded during 2016 and 2017 in Queens alongside roommates DJ Python, Anthony Naples and the Exotic Dance crew, the album features a collection of eight tracks showcasing DiMaggio's keen sense of dance music. He touches on dizzy street beats and live keyboard action to reveal a hybrid of techno, jazz(tronica) and deep house, all with a psychedelic approach. These are delicate and carefully constructed sonic excursions, making DiMaggio one to keep an eye on moving forward.

Discovering her passion for music in her native Detroit, she was inspired to start deejaying in her current residence Atlanta, taking inspiration from the legendary Kai Alce of NDATL and Vicki Powell. After seeing a gap in representation for Black millennials in electronic music, she started her blog Underground and Black, which has since grown into a wide-ranging platform covering her annual Movement Festival party, monthly NTS show, and podcast of the same name.
