Octavez (Lesego) is a DJ & producer from Kwamhlanga, a small town outside Pretoria in South Africa. He released his very first single, “Out In Ibiza,” In 2023 and his first EP, “Mykonos,” in early 2024.

Lesego is driven by a profound belief that 'We rise by lifting others.' His love for music is a personal passion and a powerful tool for spreading positivity and good vibes. 'Afrowrld Radio is me doing exactly that,' he says. 'I’ve always been a music lover, and deejaying is how I express my feelings.

Music is my therapy, and I wanted to create an equally meaningful space for everyone else. I decided to use this gift of music that I've had since birth to share positive energy and vibrations throughout the universe.'
