Here we are again after far too long.  This is still the same weekend and so the same format as the first two recordings only now it is saturday night.  I think this one may have stretched my primitive newbe recording skills and maybe that is why I delayed uploading it, but, nevertheless, I hope you enjoy another dose of one by me and one by someone else. One and one three

This song is about a friend of mine back in my student days who had a problem with his lady. It is a little be angrier than most of the others and the funk comes out a little more than elsewhere, too;-)

This is my odyssey.  It is about making choices, judgements even, I guess.  I do believe there is an underlying  simplicity to many areas of life that often gets overlooked.

Flemington Road

This is the first in a series of home recordings.  Each week I will release one of the five.  They are all made up of one song written by me and one song I have covered. I have tried to give a live feeling as they are live recordings, so try and imagine you  are in a small pub and I am up at an open mic performing for you--excuse the mistakes, but they are very human.

One to one one

This is one of only two reggae tracks I've done.  It was the first song to be written here in melbourne and is about transition, I guess.  It goes out in particular to my brother, Hugh, who is the real roots man in the family.

Tally Man

This is the second of the Rae Street Sessions : one to one two.  As with the first in the series, the recording is designed to give the feeling that you, the audience, are with me at an open mic or session somewhere.  This set is one of two recorded on the Friday of the weekend and includes a brand new track by me called "somewhere at the back of my mind" and a track by the Indigo Girls called "closer to fine". One and one two

This is quite an angry song written about a certain young lady that I met at a party once who ordered me around all night just to run off with some one else when she got bored of toying with me--the fascination of attraction.
