My sister's keeper is a short poem I wrote discussing the many issues and obstacles young black women undergo on a daily basis. A universal systemic struggle women of colouring have been experiencing for over 400 years. my sister's keeper is about connecting, forgiving, and spreading light & love- we are the "most high" -- this is a poem to my beautiful black sister's..i am my sisters keeper.
