This is just a snippet I recorded so I wouldn't forget it.  I wanted to write a song that sounded like one of those old bluesy country songs.  Simple lyrics.  Simple music.  If I could actually do a legit recording of it, I'd add some pedal steel (I wouldn't be playing it mind you) and whatever else I could add to make it sound like it was being played in a dirty old bar that smells like whiskey and cigarettes and sweat from a hot summer night.
