Jeezus this remix is insane.  Hopefully you all already know about the original by now so we shouldn't have to speak much on that.  This remix though that's turned all the party elements of the original into a stomping kickdrum and low end bass heavy BANGER.  The build up into the drop sets everything up perfectly and then there's those kicks, air raid sirens and low end for days.  One of our favorite tunes in the whole scene right now. Cognitive dissonance is, at this point, an everyday part of modern society. The difference between belief and reality is blurrier than ever, and there is often sufficient manipulation to both so as to make the distinction intentionally unclear. The source of those manipulations can either be external, or deceptively internal.

False Readings On is the new album from renowned experimental composer, Eluvium. Its creation was originally inspired by themes of cognitive dissonance in modern society. By its conclusion it had become a mirror rather than a magnifying glass, evolving into an hour-long meditation on self-doubt, anxiety, and separation from one's self.

There is an emotional lucidity and melodic ingenuity to Eluvium's music that has made him increasingly stand out from the sea of ambient artists that his earlier albums no doubt helped inspire. Sounding like an orchestra ceaselessly performing even as it sinks beneath an ocean of distortions and tape noise – with the occasional operatic voice piercing the surface – False Readings On is assuredly the most daring, dynamic, and distinct album of his luminous career.

For years the land of the Illdelphi has been shrouded in secrecy. Those who are lucky enough to be granted safe travels through the land of the 5if tell stories of a malevolent being with terrifying strength. They say the land itself has taken on the wrath of the tribe that once ruled it. The Tribe was slain by the combined power of four grand tribes after they were dubbed too powerful to allow to live independently. Legend has it that during this massacre one warrior was away learning the ways of peace from the grand monk, Bardidhama. They say once returned, the warrior went into a fiery rage and seeing no other solution, bewitched his own soul to the very land his people died on and gained immeasurable power- but at a cost....In return for getting such powers, his spirit was to be forever trapped; to never leave the land he lost for all eternity. With this new power the warrior exacted his revenge and destroyed the 4 tribes that took his family, his way of life, and his humanity from him. They say he still wanders his land, alone, and only appears when a worthy worrier passes through or an evil needs to be eradicated, vowing to NEVER let another dishonor his people, and his land again.
