The two segments, "Flame" and "Heart" feature an array of spontaneous and joyful field recordings, guitar improvisations and wind-imbued bell performances.

World Canvas Mix 07 comes courtesy of Piano Princess, an alter ego of bod [包 家巷] (Nicholas Zhu). We have the pleasure to present their deeply emotional and idiosyncratic mix of sounds titled ‘pls don’t cry’.

In their practice Zhu’s work navigates the field of explorative sound design culminating in various multifaceted audiovisual pieces, the latest being  ‘Music For Self Esteem’ - a ‘world-building exercise’ which spans over thirty-seven songs and various music videos & pieces of literature.
