Paradiso is the synthesis of an encounter between the contemporary and the ancestral, as a result of trips through the United States, Guatemala and Mexico and driven by his passion for music and ancestral cultures Oscar Rivas AKA Zoonido captures in four tracks Searching Paths for his own inner paradise.

The meeting with the medicine music teacher Chris Salvatierra in the Riviera Maya gives rise to “Danza Del Fuego” and a vivid vision of a Black Jaguar during its journey through Guatemala gives its name to “Jaguar”. The song entitled "Paradiso" arose during his stay at the "Semanawak" ceremonial center on the beaches of Oaxaca and finally "Senderos" is the result of a collaboration with the Colombian producer Juan Correa.

The album mixes electronic and organic instruments, flutes, ocarinas, strings and synthesizers on a Downtempo base of drums with nuances of cumbia and techno, achieving a sound that invites introspection and trance but on the other hand game and joy, giving a sensation of balance between day and night.

El encuentro con el maestro de música medicina Chris Salvatierra en la Riviera Maya da lugar a “Danza Del Fuego” y una vívida visión de un Jaguar Negro durante su viaje por Guatemala da nombre a “Jaguar”. La canción titulada “Paradiso” surgió durante su estancia en el centro ceremonial “Semanawak” en las playas de Oaxaca y por ultimo “Senderos” es el resultado de una colaboración con el productor Colombiano Juan Correa.

El disco mezcla instrumentos electrónicos y orgánicos, flautas, ocarinas, cuerdas y sintetizadores sobre una base Downtempo de tambores con matices de cumbia y techno logrando un sonido que invita a la introspección y trance pero por otro lado al juego y la alegria dando una sensación de balance entre el dia y la noche.

Macaúba é o nome do EP de estréia do projeto Kurup, de Renato Rocha. Artista multicultural e habitante do Cerrado, Renato nunca deixou de migrar entre gêneros e estilos musicais, criando pontes entre o orgânico e o artificial; analógico e digital; acústico e eletrônico. Nessa primeira compilação, Kurup nos mostra sua intenção narrativa e progressiva, mesclando novos suportes com antigas histórias que valem a pena serem recontadas. Sua pesquisa com a música folclórica e tradicional (principalmente da cultura Latina) demonstram seus interesses em ressignificar e reinventar. A busca para encontrar novos ou antigos recursos musicais renovados representam um desejo em transcender o tempo presente. 

English: Macaúba is the name of the debut EP of Renato Rocha project, Kurup. Multicultural artist and dweller of Brazilian savanna’s biome “Cerrado”, Renato never stopped migrating among genres and music styles, creating bridges between the organic and the artificial; analogic and digital; acoustic and electronic. In this first compilation, Kurup brought to us his narrative and progressive intention, mixing new supports with old stories that worth to be told again. His research with traditional and folklore music (specially from Latin culture) demonstrate his interests about reframing and reinventing. The search to find fresh or old renewed musical resources represent his desire in transcending the present time.

Isis & Mozes is a live act by Isis van der Wel and Mozes Meijer. Together they explore the world of sound and dance in their live shows. By combining both electronic as well as acoustic instruments in their compositions they try to achieve the best of both worlds. In addition to the electronic part of their music Isis & Mozes create an organic flow during their live sets by bringing in live sounds such as guitar, vocals and percussion. Dancing is a physical way of meditation and Isis & Mozes enjoy providing the music to accompany this.

Pata De Perro is a Mexican electronic music band influenced by folklore and latin rhythms, combining synthesizers, guitars, saxophone and more. The project started in 2015 in the city of Poza Rica, Veracruz and has collaborations with great artists such as Nicola Cruz, Rodrigo Gallardo, Lido Pimienta, Guacamole Oficial, among others.

¨ The EP "Ecos" by Pata De Perro, tries to show through music that the echo itself is the melody of the Universe in the hearts of humans. We try to show and preserve our Mexican roots taking us to a resonance of our culture¨

In its debut with Cosmovision Records, Pata de Perro presents an EP with numerous collaborations: the powerful lyrics by Rodrigo Gallardo, the super fun accordion by IZADORA and the catchy melody of Ultra K plus the two remixes of our local Cosmo artists Nat Barrera and El Extravagante, presenting a journey with lots of soul, with a look into the pristine past of the pre-Columbian Americas and at the same time into the future, with the fusion of electronic sounds and contemporary musical techniques.

The album art was made by our dear Mateo Bories. We hope you enjoy this music, from Cosmovision Records Montréal, for the world with love.

Pata De Perro es una agrupación Mexicana de música electrónica influenciada por el folklore y ritmos latinos, combinando sintetizadores, guitarras, saxofón y más. 'Rocafuerte' is the upcoming album by notable Ecuadorian producer Quixosis, to be released in January 2021 via Berlin-based platform Eck Echo. It is a great pleasure to be able to premiere the second single off this LP - a wonderful track called 'Las Nalgas de Venus' which features ULTRA K whose voice has been vocoded into the hypnotizing and dreamy dembow beats creating an outstanding piece of Latin America-inspired electronic music.

Askata : A Journey Through Sound and Freedom

The tracks presented here are the result of collaborations with artists, friends, and musical encounters that have shaped my project.

Askata: A Quest for Musical Freedom

The name Askata is derived from the Basque word Askatasuna, meaning Freedom.
Freedom is precisely what drives Askata when he plays his electronic percussion alongside various artists.

From Dub to High-Tech, through Psytrance, Acid Techno, and Full-On, he seamlessly adapts to the complex and unpredictable rhythms of his fellow musicians. Nothing is pre-planned, nothing is written in advance—his performances are a direct response to the atmosphere, the energy of the place, and the connection with his co-performers.

Each set becomes a unique musical journey, translated live into improvised and semi-acoustic music.
He primarily plays with Roland HPD-15 and HPD-20, modern electronic percussion instruments, digital avatars of classical percussion.

Blending Electronic and Acoustic for a New Dancefloor Experience
A lifelong percussion enthusiast, Askata is dedicated to fusing the raw energy of acoustic sound with the power of electronic music, crafting dancefloors that resonate with tribal and ethnic vibrations.

-2012: Joins Aya Atma, a music association in southwest France, playing with several of its members.

-2013: Partners with Winston Dub Project for various Dub compositions.

-2015: Forms Pülsårs, a Full-On percussion duo, with Nëru.

-2016: Joins Ethno Beat, adding his rhythmic touch to the jaw harp/beatbox duo.

-2016-2017: Collaborates with Opale for an ethnic chill-out tour, performing at major trance festivals:

-2018: Co-founds Ordures Passagères, a politically charged punk band, with Low Filter.

Présentation d’Askata :

L’ensemble des morceaux présentés ici sont le fruit de collaborations avec des artistes, des amis et des rencontres musicales qui ont façonné mon projet.

-Askata : Une quête de liberté musicale-

Le nom Askata est une abréviation du mot basque Askatasuna, qui signifie Liberté.
C’est cette quête de liberté qui guide Askata lorsqu’il joue de ses percussions électroniques aux côtés d’artistes variés.

Du Dub à la High-Tech, en passant par la Psytrance, l'Acid Techno ou encore la Full-On, il s’adapte aux rythmes complexes et imprévisibles de ses partenaires de scène. Rien n’est figé, rien n’est écrit à l’avance : ses performances sont une réponse directe à l’ambiance, à l’énergie du lieu et à la synergie avec les musiciens qui l’accompagnent.

Chaque set devient alors une aventure musicale unique, retranscrite en live à travers une musique improvisée et semi-acoustique.
Il joue principalement avec des HPD-15 et HPD-20 de chez Roland, des percussions électroniques modernes, véritables avatars numériques des instruments de percussion classiques.

Unir l’électronique et l’acoustique pour réinventer le dancefloor

Passionné de percussions depuis toujours, Askata cherche aujourd’hui à fusionner l’énergie brute de l’acoustique avec la puissance du numérique, créant ainsi des dancefloors aux sonorités plus ethniques et tribales.

Un parcours marqué par les rencontres et les collaborations

-2012 : Il rejoint Aya Atma, une association musicale du sud-ouest de la France, et joue avec plusieurs de ses membres.

-2013 : Il s’associe au Winston Dub Project pour diverses compositions Dub.

-2015 : Il fonde avec Nëru le duo Pülsårs, un projet original mêlant Full-On et percussions.

-2016 : Il intègre Ethno Beat, enrichissant le duo guimbarde/beatbox avec sa touche rythmique.

-2016-2017 : Il collabore avec Opale pour une tournée chill-out ethnique, jouant sur les scènes des plus grands festivals trance :
