The Estonian house DJ and producer Taavi Tuisk drops a two tracker for Steve Bug’s irrepressible Poker Flat Recordings. 

Taavi has been making, releasing and promoting music for almost 2 decades, and here we get to feel something of his playful approach to dance music. 

Being an audio production and multimedia lecturer at Tallinn University he could also easily have a doctor degree in DJ-ing, producing and nightlife developing. 

Taavi has been a DJ for more than half of his life and played all over the world - Spain, UK, Germany, Brazil, South Africa, USA etc. Performing at superclubs like Ministry Of Sound, Pacha and Space but also at small cozy underground venues in South Africa. He’s also founder of two open air summer clubs in Tallinn.

Taavi has been producing music since 2003 using different artist names and won the EMA (Estonian Music Award) in 2017 for the best electronic music album.

Taavi only started to release new music under his real name two years ago on labels like A Tribe Called Kotori, Beatfreak, Sudam, Exotic Refreshment, Switchlab and more. 

It’s all about a mixture of synthetic and atmospheric sounds together with ethnic motives and strong percussive grooves, he also brings live element in the form of electronic drums and synths to spice up his live dj gigs.

The title track of Incroyable is a deep house track with tons of cosmic disco attitude - bright sparking synths and shuffling grooves. What's more it features an outstanding spoken word vocal in French.

Also included is a rework by Mihai Popoviciu, a Poker Flat regular who turns in a tougher tech house version that's the perfect compliment to the original. All in all an unmissable release set to go over big with a lot of DJs and their dancefloors.

Danny B, a promising newcomer based in Madrid pops up on Sublease Music for three tracks of raw grooves via the Suspect EP. 

Drawing inspiration from a series of releases by German house legend Shed under the Wax moniker, Danny set to work creating these raw, underground house tracks using a Nord keyboard for the warm, analog vibes. 

The title track is a gritty basement burner - giving off pure Detroit / Berlin rave vibes. 

UK producer and DJ Gareth Cole, who just scored an underground hit with Courage on Sublease Music, offers up a remix which smooths out some of the edges to create a slinky deep house track. 

The third track is Trust - a more stripped down affair that builds into a warm and atmospheric cut with a fully dancefloor-primed groove.

The Cacao crew pay their respects to their favourite classic tunes. While we’re constantly flooded by daily rapid-fire releases, there are some timeless gems that always ignite the dancefloors. The following tracks come from influential artists that have left their mark on the Cacao team’s sound world, blending perfectly into their sets. 
At number one we have Rodriguez Jr. of the mobilee family with his Kids of Hula belter. A playful groove serves as centerpiece, dotted by exotic fauna sounds that reach for the tropics. Alternating percussive pads, the fittingly tribal drums bring the entire melody together, making it a perfect peak-time track.
Dub Taylor’s aptly titled Hidden From the Mind showcases a fully immersive tribal experience. Kicking off with wooden percussive loops that make for an instant earworm, we’re gradually greeted with distorted vocals and an ample groove that blend into the perfect dub tech journey.

The first B-side takes us further into the house jungle, with youANDme’s deep edit of Lawrence & Seth Troxler’s Miles in Aphrika. A stern echoed vocal presents itself as the leitmotif, while the melody progressively unfolds. Metallic pads and subtle synth grabs add to the atmosphere, creating a sense of space and amping up the overall intensity.
Audiofly turn Martin Eyerer and Benno Blome’s Piano Roll into a jazzy house exploration with major dancefloor appeal. Bouncy yet deep, the bassline keeps the body moving, while the {Rhodes} piano chords create the perfect immersive groove. One to heat up the atmosphere at any point during a set!

Hi! I'm Iñaki, also known as Aske Izan, an Argentine from the city of Villa Gesell. My alias, "Aske Izan," comes from the Basque language and means "to be free," reflecting my profound connection to my roots. Through music, whether it's performed live or in the studio, I find my place to escape the boundaries of time and space, allowing me to create and share unique moments.

As a music producer, I have had the privilege of releasing my music on numerous labels worldwide and receiving support from prestigious artists, both nationally and internationally. This recognition has been incredibly rewarding and has motivated me to continue pushing my artistic expression.

Besides my production work, I'm also involved in @guillasandcullari. This project draws inspiration from our beachside town in Argentina, where I collaborate with my father and Pablo Cullari. We create live music by blending analog and digital instruments, exploring various music styles.

I am thrilled to share with you my last EP "Future Generations" released in For a Memory label by the talented @TimGreen.
