Accidently I got the picture, how Hans Zimmer and Bryan Tyler are getting their amazing sounds as I found the synth which Hans Zimmer is working with.
So, I just grabbed the synth and my 7-string - and this came out. 
Spherical melodies animate for melodic improvisation, clocked by Nordic Metal Guitar riffs.

For this composition I had the images and the story of the Battle of Masada in mind. I was there, got personal impressions. Located in Judaea at the Dead Sea, Masada tront on a steep rock up to 400 meters high and was considered impregnable. During the Roman siege about 70 AD, the last resistance fighters of the Judeans under the leadership of Eleazar ben-Ya'ir fled to the fortress, mocked the Romans, well equipped with water and supplies. Flavius Silva raised 4000 men to break this last resistance. A resourceful Roman master builder gave the order to build a ramp with thousands of slaves, which finally reached the fortress wall. In the end, Masada fell. This was their last night...

My goodness - 30 years have gone to get the hands on a recording of my first band "STORMYAN". Folks, my past is catching up with me. An old friend of mine, with whom I went through thick and thin over 20 years ago, and whom I havn't seen for about 20 years, surprised me these days as, I met him - with a CD (copy from tape), which I had recorded with MY FIRST BAND at the end of the 80s. Barely 3 years of playing the guitar, and already doing (trying) to be a lead guitarist, so don't bear with me... ;-)
