OceanLab release ‘Sirens Of The Sea’ (Marsh Remix), out now on Anjunabeats. 

OceanLab is the chart-hitting side project of Above & Beyond (Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness and Paavo Siljamäki) and singer-songwriter Justine Suissa. 

With a discography spanning over two decades - including top 20 UK single ‘Satellite’ (2004), two top 25 UK dance albums (‘Sirens of the Sea’ in 2008 and ‘Sirens of the Sea Remixed’ in 2009), and two top 10 UK dance singles (‘Clear Blue Water’ in 2003, and ‘Satellite’ in 2004) -- OceanLab has cemented themselves as a seminal dance act with an undeniably unique sound, where Justine Suissa’s angelic voice and compelling lyrical perspective take centre stage.

OceanLab released their enchanting single ‘Sirens Of The Sea’ in 2005. Featuring the ethereal vocals and lyrics of Justine Suissa atop Above & Beyond’s balearic-tinged soundscapes, it would go on to burn the hearts of millions of OceanLab fans in the years to come. Now, Anjunadeep label favourite and rising star of the electronic scene Tom Marshall, aka Marsh, delivers his take on the OceanLab classic.

Few artists exude as much passion for, and dedication to, their craft as Tom Marshall (AKA Marsh). Since he first emerged on the electronic music scene in the mid-2010s, Marsh has sculpted a uniquely soulful sound that has captivated his listeners and earned him a fast-growing and intensely devoted fanbase.

Released in early 2023, Marsh’s album 'Endless' follows two previous bodies of work; his 2017 debut 'Life On The Shore', and his critically acclaimed Anjunadeep debut LP, 'Lailonie', the latter of which has accumulated over 20 million streams to date, and sold over 1500 vinyl copies. Marsh also has an array of widely supported anthems in his discography. 'Come Together' (with Nox Vahn), 'Little Darling' and the Beatport chart-topping 'Lost In You' are some of his best-loved tracks, all streaming well into the millions and winning support from electronic music's most prominent artists, including Joris Voorn, Pete Tong, Diplo, and RÜFÜS DU SOL.

‘Sirens Of The Sea’ (Marsh Remix) is the latest single from the forthcoming ‘OceanLab: The Anthology’ project, which celebrates the legacy of the iconic trance group through a series of new remixes, a digital compilation, and a limited edition vinyl box set product.

I remember asking a number of friends to see which track they thought I should take on, but I think I already had the answer deep down - it had to be ‘Sirens Of The Sea’ - one of my all-time favorite trance anthems. It’s a massive honor to have a remix of this one, and such a joy to enjoy this moment with you again and again when I play it out!” - Marsh

In 2023, Above & Beyond were the only British DJs to sell out two consecutive nights at Printworks as part of the iconic London venue’s closing season. They recently made a return to Red Rocks Amphitheatre to helm two shows alongside label stars from Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep and made an appearance at Insomniac's Escape Halloween festival in California.

Finnish DJ and producer SØNIN kicks off the year with ‘Nano / Nightlife’.

Anton Sonin, aka SØNIN, cut his teeth as a producer in a studio space in Helsinki, shared with compatriots Super8 & Tab, Yotto and Supermodels From Paris - he also worked with Super8 & Tab on their iconic Anjunabeats single ‘Black Is The New Yellow'. He’s since released on the label as part of the Rising EP series, contributed to gardenstate's 'Inspirations' album, remixed Super 8 & Tab's 'Mercy' of part of the ten-year anniversary celebrations for their iconic ‘Empire’ LP and has added a tasteful selection of singles to the Anjunabeats catalogue over the last few years.

2023 was a fruitful year for SØNIN. He collaborated with Yotto on ‘Let You Go’ from Yotto’s ‘Growth’ album, which Joris Voorn remixed later that year, and dropped his debut EP on Anjunabeats, the ‘Affection EP’, which earned support from Leftwing : Kody, Ferry Corsten, Ronski Speed, Farius, Andrew Rayel and more. Two standout tracks on the EP, ‘Passion’ and ‘Waterfall’, flew up the Beatport Top 100 Trance chart, landing at #1 and #3 respectively. 

On SØNIN’s latest double A-side, the 136 bpm 'Nano' brings trance fans the fast mainstage energy they've been looking for, while 'Nightlife' slows things down and draws in the darker influences from melodic techno.

Progressive house duo ANUQRAM remix Above & Beyond's 'Crazy Love’ (feat. Zoë Johnston), out now on Anjunabeats.

The latest offering from GRAMMY-nominated artists Above & Beyond and Zoë Johnston is ‘Crazy Love’, an uplifting and ethereal trance record first debuted to 20,000 fans at the trio’s Group Therapy 500 celebration in Los Angeles in 2022, and went on to become an instant classic. Road tested at Above & Beyond shows such as Red Rocks in Colorado, EDC Las Vegas, and Printworks in London, the track soon became a mainstay in their sets and a highly-sought after ID. Now, progressive house duo ANUQRAM drop their own rework of the smash hit. 

ANUQRAM have come a long way since their 2021 Anjunabeats debut, ‘Echoes’ (with PROFF). With a sonic signature of their own, they’ve earned support from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Vintage Culture, David Guetta, Oliver Heldens, Cosmic Gate, Farius and beyond. They kicked off this year with their ‘On My Knees EP’, which saw spins from Solarstone, Ferry Corsten, Cosmic Gate, Harry Diamond, Farius, Tritonal and more.

Last year, Above & Beyond achieved RIAA Gold-certification on the track, ‘Don’t Leave’, from 2019 ambient album 'Flow State', and were the only British DJs to sell out two consecutive nights at Printworks as part of the iconic London venue’s closing season. They also returned to Red Rocks Amphitheatre to helm two shows alongside label stars from Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, and made an appearance at Insomniac's Escape Halloween festival in California.

GRAMMY-nominated singer and songwriter Zoë Johnston first collaborated with Above & Beyond on 2004’s ’No One On Earth’. She’s since co-written and featured on every Above & Beyond dance and acoustic studio album, which includes beloved hits like ‘Good For Me’, ‘You Got To Go’, 'Love Is Not Enough', ‘We’re All We Need’ and ‘Reverie’.

The accomplished British vocalist has also written and recorded songs with the likes of Faithless, Bent and Delirium, and racked up over 12 million combined streams across her catalogue in 2023 alone.

Above & Beyond's next live celebrations will take place at the Drumsheds in London, headlining the Radio 1 Dance event, followed by shows at 900 Marin St in San Francisco and SeatGeek Stadium in Chicago.
