Following our goal of capturing sounds dedicated to warm up, with sound characteristics linked to Organic House/Downtempo and also flirting with Deep House and Progressive, we now present Eternal Fall EP, signed by american Massio in collaboration with two other artists, Kanedo and Vauban.

The release also includes two remixes by the hands of Turkish Erdi Irmak and Ukrainian Nōpi. The four tracks faithfully condense our essence, with immersive and deep tones that depressurize the mind.

Suspended Emotions opens the journey with soft textures, an organic and hypnotic vibe. Then the title track consists of a captivating instrumentation and a super environmental break composed of sound fragments of nature.

Both remixes preserve the base structure of their predecessors, but with new perspectives. Erdi Irmak drew a more masterful and meditative landscape, while Nopi subtly brought more progressive lines to the track.

Continuing a strong summer season, Madloch’s Sound Avenue imprint presents new interpretations of Nopi’s ‘Flatter’. Originally released in October of 2020 as part of the Ukrainian’s well received ‘Where to Go’ EP, the creation rounded out the collection on the strength of Sarah Chilanti’s dreamy vocals and a delicate piano top line. Now bringing new life to the much loved track, Sound Avenue invites Dmitry Molosh, about:river and GastoM to provide their own interpretations for the summer season.

The first interpretation is provided by Dmitry Molosh who returns to the label for his fifth appearance. The Belarus based producer sits firmly in progressive music’s elite class of artists, showcasing his work via Cid Inc’s Replug Records, Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music, Nick Warren’s Hope Recordings and Guy Mantzur’s Plattenbank Records. As a mainstay in Beatport’s sales charts, Dmitry now makes a welcome return to Sound Avenue with a powerful rendition of ‘Flatter’. Beginning with warm beats and effervescent percussion, it’s the pulsating nature of the groove which becomes instantly compelling. Driving, chunky and full of great character, it anchors what is a cosmic slice of progressive house. Emerging melodies marry luminous tones across the first act, before a break of clustered arps and colourful tonal tension spearheads an electric drop and epic finale. 

Making their label debut and providing the second interpretation of ‘Flatter’ is about:river. The Ukrainian duo is a unique collaborative project between father and son. Their productions tell a dynamic and sometimes epic story that happens to be set in a dance-groove environment. Conceptualized by father Oleg in 2018, the following year saw his 12 year old son Ervin join the project. Initially a clarinet and keyboard player, Ervin quickly became a committed member of the project, contributing not only to live performances but also in the creative process, writing the main themes of their musical creations. Now with releases via Proton’s Particles and Nie Wieder Schlafen, about:river makes their Sound Avenue debut with a gorgeous take on ‘Flatter’. From a deeper vision, the duo draws on the sensibilities of the original, utilizing Sarah’s emotive vocals over a bed of organic breakbeats, exotic percussion and creamy pianos. Placid pads and whimsical arps emerge across the seven-minute excursion, setting the scene for a heartfelt conclusion. 

Also making his label debut and providing the final interpretation of ‘Flatter’ is GastoM. Born in Mendoza and now based in Buenos Aires, the Argentinean artist fuses elements of organic and progressive house, along with live recordings of instruments and drums for a sound that is all his own. A recent remix of MartyOn & JörgK via label subsidiary 3rd Avenue has proved to be a discography highlight, immediately rising to the number one position in his Beatport best sellers just one month following the release. Now stepping up to parent label Sound Avenue, GastoM makes his debut on the much-loved Belgian imprint with a groovy interpretation of ‘Flatter’.

Sound Avenue opens the fall season with a new single from label boss Madloch and frequent studio partner Subnode. Having been paired since the summer of 2018, the creative synergy between Madloch and Subnode has continued to grow. The Belgian duo have released eight originals and a remix since beginning their collaborative partnership. Their borderless approach to production has found the duo in the creative space between house and techno, oftentimes with a glacial, dubbed-out quality that appeases the underground's most discerning tastemakers. Now following their ‘A Short Moment' single to commemorate Another Life Music's 100th release, Madloch and Subnode return to their comfortable home of Sound Avenue with ‘Utopia', alongside remixes from Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile and Microlot.

The first interpretation of ‘Utopia' is provided by Hernan Cattaneo & Soundexile who make their label debut. With a partnership that now spans well over a decade, the Argentinean trio sit firmly amongst progressive music's elite guard. Hernan Cattaneo needs little introduction and has become known to electronic music lovers simply as El Maestro. He is one of the world's most beloved DJs and his Sudbeat label is widely regarded as one of the best in its field. Soundexile are a Buenos Aires based production duo who have been crafting unique and inspiring electronic music since 2006. The pair are also accomplished DJs, having shared the booth with Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, James Zabiela, Dave Seaman and Henry Saiz. Now partnering up with Hernan once again, the trio make their Sound Avenue debut and provide a stunning take on ‘Utopia'. Electrically charged with thumping kicks and a tighter take on the groove, it's energetic prowess beams brightly. Binding rhythmic flow with dynamic tones and sweeping effects makes for a sleek yet commanding first act. Colourful overlays heighten the senses as pixie-like melodies fade in and out of coherence leading into the break. Grandiose and soothing in equal measure, tasteful modulation highlights the centrepiece, elevating mood before getting washed away as the groove rolls forward towards a stirring final movement.

Firstly, let's say hello to the Sydney based artist Balad for his first time on Holy Grail Music. He has been known as one of the rapidly rising artists with his releases on Steyoyoke, The Soundgarden, Manual Music and many more.

Then, we are happy to welcome back the talent Vandelor and the amazing duo Beije who has released their productions on Holy Grail Music, gaining numerous great successes on their music career.

Last but not least, label boss B.A.X. decided to recreate it with his signature reprise version which he masterfully crafted his own soundtrack-like orchestral sound.

LTR Premiere: Joe Miller - Instress (Vandelor Remix) [Holy Grail Music]

Madloch’s Sound Avenue opens the new year by showcasing new interpretations of Eric Lune’s ‘Dreaming Home’. Originally released in May of 2021 as part of the Aussie artist’s ‘Dreaming Home’ two-track showcase, its tastefully melodic disposition proved to be a worthy follow-up to 2019’s progressive anthem ‘Embers’. Now as 2022 gets underway, Sound Avenue invites Sebastian Sellares, Forty Cats and Harmonious to re-imagine ‘Dreaming Home’ for the winter season. 

Returning to the label and providing the first interpretation of ‘Dreaming Home’ is Sebastian Sellares.  Also known under his previous moniker Monje, Sebastian hails from one of Argentina’s most talent-rich regions in Cordoba. Since adopting his given name for his musical endeavors in 2018, Sebastian has gone on to showcase his music via UK behemoth Anjunadeep, Antrim’s Or Two Strangers, GMJ and Matter’s meanwhile and long-standing US imprint Proton Music. Having made his Sound Avenue debut in 2020 with a well-received rendition of ‘Union Eterna’ by Matias Vilas, Sebastian now makes a welcome return to the label with a stunning take on ‘Dreaming Home’. Fluid and groovy in equal measure, it’s a mix that carries the spirit of the original, while adding a peak time sensibility through driving grooves and otherworldly effects. Building beautifully across the first movement, Sebastian fragments the lead theme and reprocesses the vocal into a colourful canopy which blankets a trance inducing groove. Emotive chord changes carry a strong character into the break, perfectly setting the stage for the lead theme to work its magic. Its nostalgic musicality resonates against a backdrop of shapeshifting vocals and cosmic effects, tastefully building tension towards a classy crescendo and heartfelt finale.

The release concludes with Harmonious making his label debut with the third and final interpretation of ‘Dreaming Home’. Based in Hasselt, the Belgian artist first emerged in 2017 with a release via Nie Wieder Schlafen, before going on to find a more permanent home on Jelly For The Babies’ RYNTH and The Purr, where he has recorded two originals and three remixes since 2020. Although relatively early into his journey as a producer, Harmonious has already been highly regarded for his ability to blur genres and create emotional storyboards that not only work well on a dance floor but touch the heart and mind on a deeper level. Now bringing this uncanny ability to Sound Avenue, Harmonious makes his label debut with a gorgeous take on ‘Dreaming Home’. From a deeper vision, the Belgian artist draws on the sensibilities of the original, working fragmented melodies over a bed of organic beats, exotic percussion and hazy harmonics. Placid pads and whimsical plucks emerge across the first movement, perfectly setting the stage for a heartfelt break. Transcendent and glowing in equal measure, it’s warm swells, soulful guitars and unpredictability showcases an artist operating at his creative peak, putting a resounding cap on a well-rounded remix edition for Eric Lune’s ‘Dreaming Home’.

The latest release on Madloch's 3rd Avenue imprint welcomes Alex Donofrio & Tim Angrave back to the label with their "Illuminate EP". Harmonious, Different Ray & Fabian Balino got invited to do a remix.

American electronic music producer Alex Donofrio touched down on the scene in early 2020 with an array of upbeat cinematic soundscapes that traverse across the melodic house and techno realms. A solid lineup of releases on underground labels such as Stripped Recordings, Eternalism, Faites Leur Des Disques, and Bullfinch signaled the start of his producer journey followed by a string of independent singles which harp an abundance of ethereal deeper vibes, progressive house, organic house, and balearic chillout.

The producer, DJ and broadcaster Tim Angrave has always had a deep passion for emotive music, with inspirations from different styles of music, people and environments, past and present.Tim is involved with various radio stations globally including Pioneer DJ Radio, Ibiza Sonica Radio. He also has a highly prosperous iTunes podcast called ‘The Chillout Lounge Mix' which has had millions of downloads, it's included new talent and an array of world class artists. His unique style of mixing various genres, track selection and ability to work closely with the artists and labels he includes on his show have been a big part of this success story. Tim's proficiency to compile, present and promote music has gained him huge respect from the industry with many keen to work with him.
