She's born in the beautiful city of Messina in Italy, she discovered her first passion for drawing, cartoons and comics at the age of five. In 1993, she discovered the "call" for poetry by participating in numerous competitions.

He studied music theory and devoted himself to singing by recording demos and audio booklets, also participating in the prestigious "Lunezia Award Young Authors" in 2001. He loves art in all its nuances: over the years sketches, sketches, drawings, oil paintings, watercolors become an expression of his artistic versatility.

In 1997 she begins to take an interest in cinema, screenwriting, costumes, soundtracks and she began writing short stories inspired by fantasy literature.

In 2002 she is chosen as a finalist of the “David Young Authors Award” with her review of the film “Vajont” directed by Renzo Martinelli. 

She graduated as a "Technician and Operator of Clothing & Fashion" in 2003 with the result of 100/100 and she attended in the national competition "Project Fashion Incubator 2006" for young fashion designers, organized by the "National Chamber Of Italian Fashion" in Rome.

She attended in the Faculty of Cultural Heritage (Course in sciences & technologies of the visual arts, fashion, music and entertainment, University of Salento).

Assunta wrote the first novel "Where Emotions Flow" at the age of 14, in 2004 the second "Never Born" and in 2009 she writes "All The Time In The World".

In 2007 she was awarded "The Academic Publication" of the analysis of the narrative structures of the film "The Legend Of 1900" directed by Giuseppe Tornatore, film taken from the theatrical monologue “Novecento” by the writer Alessandro Baricco. In 2010 she won a film critic and screenplay scholarship thanks to the competition "A Better Tomorrow" organized from a film school in Rome.

Since 2011 you have started working as a freelance journalist & blogger for numerous italian magazines and websites (themes: fashion, art, photography, music, entertainment and film reviews).

Assunta worked as an organizer and animator of parties & events but she continued to sing: in 2013 she performed with the song "You Come Back To My Mind" during the "Concert Tribute To Lucio Battisti - My Free Song" on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of her birth and, in the same year, she was selected for the final stages of the “XVI° Festival Of  Golden Voices”.

In 2019 she participates in the 12th edition of the "Tour Music Fest", the largest international festival dedicated to emerging music.

Since 2020 he has recorded new covers of famous songs accompanied by "visual video art" and performance live for his YouTube Channel.

Creative, stylist, author and interpreter, she attended the vocal training courses of the "Where There Is Music" school of vocal coach and musician M° Tony Frassanito. 

Assunta is dedicated to the realization of new projects in her creative laboratory, she cooperates with musicians, authors and artists, she promotes a program of education to creativity for children and teenagers.

Assunta is currently working on a musical project in tribute to the unforgettable soundtracks in the history of cinema.
