This track is designed using the Schumann resonance at 40hz with a binaural flux of 44.1hz. The first 33:33 minutes are silent to allow the listener to fall asleep with the track playing. At the 33:33 minute mark the frequencies begin to sweep in and gently arouse the listeners subconscious mind. This serves to lift the awareness and vibration frequency of the listener into the astral plane.  During this process of gentle awakening there are simple affirmations sparingly placed in order to prepare your subconscious for the astral plane.  
These are the words your subconscious will hear once you have fallen asleep.
"You are now on the astral plane,  
you are now aware in the astral plain, 
you are free to create and explore,
you may create as you desire,
Here you may communicate with angels, 
your spirit guides, your higher self,
and all of those you love.
You are safe with in your aura of love,
You are now awake on the astral plane.
You are free to communicate, to explore, and to create. 
Here you are protected in your aura of love. 
You are safe within your aura of love."

Once these affirmations are complete and you have been gently roused the frequency once again becomes silence for a 10 minute duration.  At 53:00 the same frequency and affirmation repeats once more before the track ends. 

This track can be used as an aid to astral Project or lucid dream
with or without headphones. 

With headphones simply set the volume between 50% and 60% press play before going to sleep and let the track play through to completion. 

Without Headphones simply set the volume at an audible level and press play before going to sleep letting the track play through to completion.
