What inspired us to write the song is to wake people up from their consciousness of unworthiness and not being good enough. This song is about self-love. We tend to seek validation from outside ourselves especially with the rise of social media, that we forget to look within ourselves and see that the love we've been looking for comes from us. And what drives us to put this song out there is to inspire you to start appreciating yourself more and believe in yourself.

The pandemic took a toll on me mentally during the lockdown which inspired most of the song lyrics. Whenever we're faced with life's uncertainties, all we have left is faith that everything will work out. Holding on does more damage, and in order to be free, you gotta let go of the fear.
