The song is about John Franklins lost expedition. Sir John Franklin wanted to traverse the last unnavigated sections of the Northwest Passage. Both ships, Erebus and Terror, became icebound in the canadian arctis and the whole crew died out there.

ASTRAYA hail directly out of a parallel universe, presenting spherical Artrock paired with a certain amount of world weariness and the longing to be somewhere else. Their goal is to conquer the stages of our world and enchant us with their music.
Epic vocals, exceptional guitar riffs and a dark melancholic sound are the ingredients. The band from the south of Germany was conceived in 2018. Their new single The Moribund is now available on all streaming platforms.
