I have been wanting to make this track for many years as I have been playing with this Alan Watts monologue during Sonic Yoga sessions.
It wasn't until recently that I was able to truly step into flow-state and allow the creativity to come out.

In this vocal sample Alan Watts talks about letting go of desires to reach nirvana and how you must exhale your breathe to be able to inhale again. The song ends with this quote, "So the principle here is, if you want life, don't cling to it, let go!"

ASTRL TRVLR - Let Go

“Flow” is a 30 minute sonic journey with the intention of creating space for listeners to enter a state of flow, with yoga and movement based flow states specifically in mind. The sound journey is heavily incorporated with nature elements and mediative mantra. You will hear the same samples and chord progressions throughout the entirety of the journey revisited in parts to take a on a different vibe, with the most notable sounds being the groovy guitar lick, the ohm’s and chants and of course the deep synth bass. Sit back, brew your tea, light your palo santo and open your heart. 

Notable Tracks: The title track “Flow” is the meat and bones of the journey which gives off a groovy downtempo vibe with all of the elements of the journey coming together and allowing for a deep grounding listening experience.   “Peak Flow” gives the space for a higher tempo with a meditative tribal house feel to allow listeners to enter peak  flow. The groovy guitar is chopped, reversed, and delayed to create the feeling of dissonance.

Drez Slezak is a DJ/Producer, Costa Rica born and based out of Ottawa, Canada. Drez is inspired by earth healing sounds and rhythms that tap into the psyche and allow participants to sink deep into a state of flow. Drez has been djing for 8+ years taking patrons on a journey through the depths of the downtempo.
You can expect a unique and fun musical set flow that weaves ambient, latin american influence, psychedelic bass and so much more.
Following his self released debut single called “Let Go”, the Flow EP was born and found a home with the Ottawa based music label called Music.Art.Ppl.
His most recent release titled, “Growing Sage” will was released on iconic conscious music record label “ High Vibe Records” alongside artists such as Mose, Skysia, Temple Step Project, Ruby Chase, Morillo and so much more.
Drez is also the founder of Sonic Springs Music Festival and Co-Founder of Sonic Yoga, a yoga and music collaboration where sound healing instruments and techniques are used within a DJ set to accompany movement and meditation.
