High pitched notes/chords initially creating a tune that descends steadily in pitch. At some point, this becomes a fully fledged backing with a solid beat. Next step, a vocal. At this point, someone starts attacking the track with a hacksaw, bits flying everywhere, bits of backing, bits of vocal. It is a miracle that anything survives. Yes, something does but it is more than a trifle jagged. Also, the winding mechanism is running down. Just another day in experimental music land.
