The legend says that a local black magician fell in love with Princes Ratnavato pf Bhangarh (the princess is believed to have been very beautiful) and once tried to bewitch a cosmetic she was supposed to use, to make her fall in love with him. The princess smelled suspicion and foiled the entire conspiracy of the black magician by pouring the bewitched cosmetic over a massive stone boulder, which then supposedly crushed the 'Tantrik' to death. Before the magician breathed his last, he placed a curse upon the entire landscape that no soul would ever be able to live in peace there. The whole landscape around the Bhangarh Fort has been haunted since. No one is allowed to enter the fort after sunset or before sunrise. The entire landscape is subsumed by a pall of gloom and a chilling hollowness once the last ray of sunlight bids adieu until its arrival the next morning.  This is a mix dedicated to princess and the haunted fort

Describing this moment to a stranger is impossible!
There we all were at our favourite festival, with our favourite people, at our favourite time of the day, at our favourite stage with my favourite partners in crime. On my birthday!

Sunday Morning 8 -12 was the most ideal time for our set. As we started playing the sun was hovering over the trees into the lake creating a yummy warmth that would last the whole day. In fact we got so hot by the end that we had throw Paule into the lake to cool down (and it was my birthday wish).

Our musical journey started with some slow 90 - 100 bpm Wavy Downtempo to get all the morning stretching and catching up with all the crew from a big Saturday night, there was so much creation and sparkly goodness in the air. After a few hours our partner Geo Seato joined us  and added his deep and hypnotic flute to the sounds. It was magical.
Mid set we started getting gruntier and chucked in some deep grooves with heavier baselines. Was a perfect match to the crowd's needs to keep bopping. 
In the end from a slow moving crowd we managed to bump the tempos up to 110 bpm and that resulted in a roaring crowd that was ready for the Sunday magic and Cheep Frills coming in suuuuper hot after us with their first Live set together. It could not have been more perfect!!

The only sad thing was that Geo's flute did not make it in the recording. But not to worry it was insane!!

The beauty of this moment was unprecedented for us. It will be hard to replicate.
Thank you Shipwrecked Festival for this incredible booking and for catering for such a unique and special crowd all the way through till the end. 
We are so lucky to be part of such a loving community of creators that year after year come and showcase their gift to rave. It is special!

See you all in 2026 for our 10 year anniversary!!

Astro Psyche is artist of Ukrainian origin, from city of Odessa.  He is traveling a Globe from 18 year's old.  Music allowed to travel within, inside the inner dimension and escape the ordinariness. 

During the first rave in Koh Phangan the perspective of the music has changed and electronic music has entered his life thus many Philosophical terms became enliven. 
At the same time - the serious enthusiasm about Yoga has started.
 
Finally, learning Vedic Astrology during his Asia travels, allowed him to understand that Music was always there - the passion since the childhood. 
DJing allowed to level-up his passion to the music, thus connecting his inner world with outer by sharing journeys which words can not describe.

Astropsyche is currently exploring the depths of ecstatic and healing powers of the music - through DJing, Electronic Music Production, Psychology, Shamanic Practices and Yoga.
