Such a good call going for an almost militant route with the lead theme here and its heavy use of the snare drum. It definitely plays into the strong emphasis they put on Duke being this grandiose heroic figure in his episodes. Wonderful work

This was amazing! I love that Angelic transition you did for the scene change to the Mid-Sodor Railway. And I loved the segments for Duke and Smudger too!

Fun fact: This was the first season 5 episode I have seen when I was a kid, and since winter is approaching nearer and nearer, I thought might as well make these few ditties that play at the beginning of the episode. Sure, Autumn isn't over yet, and I do plan to make a Terence theme next, but I felt that I should get more used to Mixcraft before I go on with original compositions. Anyway, that's all I have to say, and I'll see ya on the flip-side!

So surreal seeing the OG Thomas Pilot fully realised, and with members of the Classic & CGI Eras of the TV Series involved - I must've watched it a dozen times to get this attempt at a note-for-note cover of Mike O'Donnell's wonderful score done.
