"Won" is a high energy & motivational track in which .RA depicts everyday struggles & praises the mindset required to "win." From the refrain, to the hook, to the outro; the entire track is written to inspire the listener to imagine what life would be like without financial obstacles, all the while, reminding them of the work required to achieve the vision.

Repose is story-telling track with a focus on stress from familial relationships. Multiple stories depict a range of effects and outcomes stemming from modern family stressors. The true intention of the track is not to depict stressful situations, but to induce the listener into "just breath"(ing), taking deep breaths during the chorus of the track.

Covid V2 is a storytelling track detailing an interaction between a police officer and the person they just pulled over.

Tangled is a track inspired by the Legend of Zelda series. This track explores the relationship between Link, Princess Zelda and the Master Sword. Although the series is the foundation for the inspiration, .RA relates the feelings of overwhelming pressure from responsibility & the lack of self expression to himself as well as the listener.

Through his debut EP, TRY,  Ra brings lyricism and a pot of emotions together to depict his journey and inner struggle to gain confidence and find true identity in his feelings, thoughts and ideas by removing the filter. Firmly loyal to the place he calls home, the ideas supporting his work draw attention to social acceptance, the hood mentality, and self development.

Drawing inspiration from the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Logic, J. Cole, Russ and many more, Ra continues to grow and develop his shape-shifting style. He is currently writing, recording and developing new projects.
