SHE/HER is on the rise! The Artdictive resident has been popping up a lot lately throughout the country at renowned places like Radion, Basis, and others, with Perron coming up. Originally starting off playing trancy and hard, her sound has evolved to a healthy blend of rolling groove and rhythm.

Seeing what she is evolving to music-wise made us eager to have her be part of our ongoing mix series with an exciting 60-minute recording.

James Smyth, New Zealand born, Lebanese blood, is a techno producer/Dj based in Berlin. His Hypnotic sound design revolves around psychoacoustic techniques blended with middle eastern sounds and distorted kick drums to achieve a groovy and mind altering experience on the dancefloor.

@alexdolbyaffekt has contributed to the Italian techno scene for over 20 years and isn't showing any signs of slowing down. Throughout his career he has released on labels such as A.R.T.S, Modularz, and Teksupport, besides running his own labels Sequenzial and Affekt Recordings - which celebrated its 10th year in 2023.

Alex's approach to music is to challenge himself and the status quo, and his upcoming release on Sequenzial, RAI Series 1.1 does just that. Created to explore the more minimal regions of the label, RAI will look to meander through slower BPMs, and offer a different experience to the labels usual output.

In the first edition of our new //SNCMIX series, Alex explores his current sonic aesthetic as he weaves through dark, cavernous soundscapes, driving basslines, and dubby chords in this atmospheric techno mix.

Spirit Canyon Solo is more than just a performance. It's a true sonic spectacle for true fans of intergalactic dub techno. An express shuttle brings all the initiates to the delay mystery to get them illuminate the cultural and natural heritage of the planet Kepler-62e.

The best landscapes are selected to accompany this spatial audio. Benevolent authentic creations swoop around: from ubiquitous reverbs and rhythm section philosophy to extended chants and enriching overtone textures. The breath of life with its mysterious loops and neat melodic swaying inflates the uninhabited wasteland.

Now in its 200th instalment, this Podcast has given voice to a diverse offering of global talents across the musical spectrum, from the democratic rhythms of zeitgeist appropriate techno and house through to more avant-garde synthwork.

This next guest has cast a large shadow over the technosphere, so large in fact, that no introduction could fully encompass the breadth of his achievements. But in brief: Ben Klock is a titan whose formative years were spent playing marathon mixes to the crowds at Berlin’s (then recently opened) Berghain. Off the back of his endurance sets and the club’s success he became a household name whose influence grew to be felt across the world, with a body of work that includes appearances at an exhaustive list of clubs and festivals, a number of hot releases on Ostgut Ton and an equally respected self-run label (Klockworks) to boot. On this second imprint, his own productions have repeatedly seen the light of day, alongside those from the likes of DVS1, Sterac, Stef Mendesidis and younger talents like Temudo and Vil & Cravo. The sound, ubiquitous as it is, will be familiar to anyone involved in the world of electronic music and there’s good reason for that: Klock’s deep and percussive work and ability to pull from a wide range of influences have earmarked him as a unique agent for the techno cause.
