Another friend of the series delivered us a original mix to kick off the spring season! The Utrecht based dj named Alex Schwan has been playing since 2016. Starting with softer styles like house and tech house he slowly progressed to harder styles. Nowadays he found his common ground somewhere in the middle with rolling grooves and hard-hitting kicks, sometimes accompanied with hiphop influences or the harder styles.

With gigs in some well known venues in the Netherlands such as Pip, Magazijn, Complex and Poema. Alex Schwan is slowly making a name for himself that’s been picked up by organisations by the likes of Soenda, Nachtcollege and Bauplan! 

For this hour long mix Alex Schwan intended to catch the spring vibes where his mind is already at 30+ degrees! His track selection contains lots of vocals supported by sublime grooves. Bootlegs, originals, you name it in the mix!

Step in and enjoy the ride with @numanigoul, a DJ born in Argentina who moved to Germany as a kid, where he already had a passion for electronic music. With 15 years he learned to play vinyl but In the past year he found his passion to play on 3 decks with cdjs to create a unique sound. Now he is based in Freiburg and is known for his sweet selection of tribal, groove and shaky beats. Numa played for several collective Partys around the corner and more to come in near future.

This week, we invited Marv to showcase a dancefloor-oriented selection of hypnotic grooves. Marv plays a solid techno set gradually layering rhythms of varying emotions. Hailing from Cologne, he draws constant inspiration from his surroundings, aiming to foster an environment that respects the values and significance of the scene. Having played for local collectives, such as Jedermensch Koeln, and a recent private event for Agencies Factory, his focus lies on letting the music take center stage.

Furthermore, we are delighted to have Tara Bookena gracing this week's cover again with sophisticated artwork layering and merging organic shapes to create a colorful psychedelic mandala.
