Interpretation: What I was going after is a voyage by number of fighters lead by the Conqueror through dangerous waters to a lively battle. 

While I appreciate rhythmic electronic compositions, I tend to appreciate a little melody every now and then. With this instrumental, I try to use a number of different unique elements, ambient waves, high pitch sustained sounds, saws, bass integrations, some dub sounds, through composed synth melodies and a few Vocal Samples which I thought go perfectly with the kind of built-in storyline.

My original concept I wrote a little over a year ago has a similar chord structure (Am C F dm), but the similarities end there. The older piece I renamed "The Conqueror II" [The Beginning]. Since "The Conqueror II" was a DRAFT, it naturally has simpler instrumentation-- Logic Pro X stock synths and midi hip-hop drums. But it's kind of cool and has some value I think. So I'll be sharing this as a free download along with free downloads of some earlier compositions from my IG & FB "Music From the Files" series soon. 

My hot Water Heater burned out on me recently. When they replaced + connected it, they refilled it with water, then turned the power on. While warming up, I heard a high pitched tone which is now one of the high pitched tones in my latest song, THE CONQUEROR.
