With drumming and production credits for the likes of Jordan Rakei, Miller Blue and Nardeydey, UK Jazz artist Mackwood has assembled some of the country’s top musicians for his debut release with Radio Juicy. With help from Charlie Stacey (Yussef Dayes, Loyle Carner), Tom Driessler (Oscar Jerome, Tom Misch), Tom Ford (Chris Dave, Reuben James) and Robbie Moore (Teskey Brothers, Charlotte Church), this stellar lineup come together for a one-off improvisation full of breathtaking live sound design and composition. Capturing the unique London tradition of improvised Jazz beats hailing from events like Steez, Steam Down and Unit 31, Radio Juicy’s latest release ‘Fuzzz’ is a unique insight into the next generation of UK Jazz taking the world by storm.
