SNACKBAR the Ambassador(a.k.a. Matthias König, 1987,D) is a multidisciplinary artist, musician/producer & radio host, based in The Hague (NL).

SNACKBAR the Ambassador is König's latest brainchild. While focussing on a steadily growing career as a multidisciplinary artist for the past 10 years, König has been constantly reaching out for new dimensions within his practice, covering total-installations, sound-sculptures, drawings, videos, performances and local-traveling as an art form. His work has been critically acclaimed by an international audience in museums, the Dutch Parliament and independent art spaces alike. This time, a live-music-act is complementing his visual work in the sense of presenting his very own perspective on the blind spots of society to the world, by frying up your dirty pleasures and serving them to you live on stage. Psychedelic-Kraut-Cumbia-Tropical-German-Carnaval-Delight!!!

SNACKBAR the Ambassador released his first double single Iedere Dag Vakantie" (permanent vacation)and Komkommertijd (Cucumber Time) on Dutch imprint ESC.REC in 2020.
