@siferrecords launches its journey with “Hijaz Landing,” the debut release from label founder @sinanabdelmoati This EP invites listeners on a voyage through new grooves, ancient scales, and empowering melodic stories, setting the stage for a label rooted in tradition yet always exploring new horizons.

The title track pulses with dark, energetic momentum, weaving together techy grooves and hypnotic tribal percussion. Mysterious melodies float above, drawing on the evocative Hijaz scale, while the arrangement is electrified by fleeting, almost aerial sonic textures. The inspiration of the title comes from a sense of landing in a new ancient place, a sonic arrival guided by rhythm and ancestral echoes.

“Champion” flips the mood, bringing uplift and empowerment to the dance floor. Its euphoria swells atop a roaring bassline, with lush, melodic lines designed to fill listeners with strength and a sense of possibility. The track’s bright, driving character encapsulates the spirit of overcoming and triumph.

Bachir Salloum - Chasing Heavens (Original Mix) [SUDBEAT]

Recognising talent and giving them the platform to succeed, Particles welcomes Vidno to its family with the three-track, "Waves Are Miracle". Remixes come from US and Mexican artists.

A Polish artist with a rich musical heritage, Vidno has been a mainstay of his country's dance music community. Live performances at the likes of Audioriver, Gamma Festival and World Wide Warsaw supporting Robert Babicz, Damian Lazarus and Jonas Saalbach, has the seen the Plock resident help shape the country's dance scene from the banks of the Vistula River. Production work that saw a 2018 debut for Default Position and subsequent work for Crossfade Sounds and Suprematic in 2020 now finds Vidno starring on Particles. With its organic house vibe, "Cave" opens with atmospheric storm effects before settling into soothing melodic phrases that hypnotise with their subtle chord progressions and off-beat hi-hats. Free-flowing analogue sequences create a rich counterpoint phrasing that evolves easily either side of a stripped back breakdown and intricate bass groove. "Mirage 2000" continues the melodic narrative of its processor with earworm motif gently looped alongside polyrhythmic percussion and straight bassline character. An innovative piece, the track is transformed in the second half with a collage of textures and soundscapes. The melodic techno framework of the title track sees a heavy beat and typical off-beat hi-hat pattern form the basis for a flurry of filtered and modulated soundscapes to develop atop of deep bassline pattern. Subtle melodic phrases then emerge, barely heard over the textured melange and percussive patterns as waves of sound develop.

A regular across the clubs of his San Francisco home and co-founder of the hugely successful, Manjumasi imprint alongside talented countryman, Atish, Mark Slee has been a frequent contributor to Proton Music since 2015. Moreover, his July 2020 "Veranda" EP marked a high watermark with its three original tracks and remixes from MUUI and Juan Deminicis. A pair of remixes for Vitamindevo and Luc Angenehm in 2016 and 2017 marks Slee's appearances on Particles as he now returns with a typically innovative interpretation of "Cave". Taking the central melodic theme of the original, Mark Slee creates a trademark free-flowing melodic interpretation that has become so prominent in his production work. A gloriously deep bassline groove and rolling percussive framework adds dancefloor character as crunchy, distorted textures create further intrigue in his aptly titled "Forgotten Dreams Remix".

Another artist with a strong connection with the Proton family, Hot TuneiK has found himself starring with his "Heightened Senses" series on Proton Music in spring 2020 while a selection of original music on Particles has seen the Mexican artist deliver the "Erase and Rewind" and "Tulum" EPs in 2017 and 2018. Remixes for Roger Martinez, Imran Khan and Matter and Universal Harmonics are now joined by a superb reworking of "Waves Are Miracle" as the rhythmic cadence and subtle melodic touches of the original are joined by an array of additional production material from the Hot TuneiK stable as gated synths form a backdrop for a new hypnotic motif to wend itself enticingly across the 9-minute magnum opus. Building to a rousing crescendo at the mid-point, the track explodes into the second half with a bouncing bassline groove and heavy beat conjoined with musical tropes firmly heard in Vidno's original.

The french brothers Anton & Viktor Pokorny just released a special work on Rituel Recordings label. This time they wanted to tell us a new story, crafted in their studio in Paris. 

Accurately accompanied by a sustained rythm, epic guitar riffs and marvellous vocals. A  serenade called 'Elephas', inspired by a wonderful spanish romance.

Atish plays from the soul with a smile on his face. His charm flows as freely as his grooves, and his infectious personality is poured into every performance. The links he makes are not just musical but personal, too, as he communicates the highs and lows of life through his sounds. As an unmistakably warm person, he has quickly built up a dedicated fan base that feeds off his passion and energy. The Atish experience is about more than just dancing - it's about connection.

There is an intimacy and elegance to the music Atish plays whether it's deep house, Romanian minimal, artful techno, or emotive progressive house. Melody unites it all - whimsical keys and curious synth patterns that stir a wide range of emotions and get lodged deep in the memory. For Atish, the challenge is to lead an audience into unexpected new worlds: they won't know how they got there but will be delighted when they arrive. It's a subtle skill he has mastered
while never taking himself too seriously.

His own productions have come on cultured labels like Anjunadeep, Satya, and Stil Vor Talent. The Manjumasi Music label he co-founded with Mark Slee in 2016 deals in house with real heart and musicality. The aim is simply to work with artists whose music they admire; to give a leg up to those who deserve it, then watch them grow, whether with his label or elsewhere.

He is similarly open-minded and candid on social media and recently wrote some software to analyze a year's worth of playlists before discussing the results. He's also keen to demystify the often shadowy and secretive world of DJing and production and open it up to all, which is why he started his own unique party series, Late Night Tonite. Each event started with a sit-down interview with the guest and a conversation about the creative arts before the dancing began.
That now dormant concept led Atish to start his own mentorship program during the Covid lockdowns. He continues it to this day, with students enjoying one-on-one coaching, feedback, and advice sessions in which he shares what he has learned about all aspects of the industry.

In truth, this career chose him rather than the other way around: as a long-time and obsessive music collector, he was happy enough to play on the side around his software engineering day job. But he was making such a mark on the parties he played that word got out and the bookings kept on coming. He decided to throw himself into music rather than live to regret the missed opportunity and hasn't looked back since.

Atish has forged his own path and proven that DJs need not hide behind the music. Instead, Atish is right there to share the moments with you.
