Feel your muscles safe, like clouds floating high,
Wrapped in warm warmth beneath the vast sky.

Soften your jaw, let your breath find pace,
Let your chest breathe slow, in this sacred space.
Let warm release from your heartbeat flow,

There’s a quiet road at sunrise,
