This song means so much to me. The lyrics and arrangement of the original is very moving. I remember singing this song in the karaoke and I almost cried. Haha. True Story.

My approach to the instrumental is somehow a bit like chamber pop; starts with harp patterns and string pads. As the song reach the mid-line, I added some piano. I've been listening to a lot of piano covers on Youtube, and I guess Sunny Choi has influenced the keys on this one. 

On the latter part of the song, I recorded layers of backing vocals to create a dreamy harmony reminiscent of an "almost - A Capella" portion. It took me 3 hours, producing and recording.
