Here's to the slap-echo guitars, scratchy dikanza, hope, aspiration and musical beauty that flowered from Luanda. This sound has long informed the systems of Barranquilla and parallels cumbia, samba & compas in sonic ancestral synchronicity.

ATLANTIC SOUL MACHINE is a music Project that brings the Latin Sounds to another level in which  Hip Hop, Dancehall, Electro, Drum N Bass, Soul , Funk become family all together. The Band gathers the feeling of electro with Caribbean sounds in a unique   party. They bring the spontaneity, Happiness and the Colombian passion promising a party that goes from the stage to the dance floor in a harmonic connection.
There is a lot of improvisation along with Dj/Pick up influence. It´s musicians have been individually recognized as pioneers of Reggae, Champeta, HIP HOP and Folklore- electro fusion for years in Colombia.
Atlantic Soul Machine has performed at the Traditional Instruments & World Rhythms Festival in 2009 Croatia and The Marimba Route Festival organized by the ONU in Paris, France.The Project is recording a 10” vinyl with four Tracks full of danceable beats and conscious lyrics about life, love, happiness and party.  
Who is Atlantic Soul Machine?  Recognized musicians of the Colombian Musical Scene  that decided to make refreshing sounds all together. At this point of the band’s career, they have participated in some of the most important festivals in Bogota including The Iberoamerican Theater Festival which included 1500 artists from all over the world.
The band has also participated at the Glastombury Festival in 2011 and many other well known international festivals like the Rototom Sunsplash 2004, Reggae Sunsplash in Jamaica 2006 and The Hip Hop al parquet and Rock al Parque Festivals which are the biggest free entrance festivals in Latin America. The band  has also been chosen as part of the Sound Track of the Colombian Movie Apatia which has earned lots of recongnition at the Cartagena Film Fest, and is going to participate in many different Film Festivals including The Chicago Film Fest, and the Tessalonikki Film Fest.

Atlantic Soul Machine has also been chosen to be part of the sound track of a Nature Concervancy Documentary that has been shown in London, New York and Washington with very good critic about the music.
The band is finishing their first album which is going to be in vynil and will be sold worldwide.


Musicians

DJ  David: Dj, producer and composer, Fresh Has been in the HIP HOP Scene for more than 30 years as he was one of the first street dancers in Bogotá. Has also been part of AM 770, BOMBA ESTEREO and SISTEMA SOLAR.
Chindo Bass: Is recognized as one of the best Champeta and Caribbean rhythms bass player of the moment. Has been part of Luis Towers & Colombiafrica, Dragón & Caballero, Eka among others.
Hernando Zamora:  Guitar player, producer, writer and composer has been part of Alerta Amerada, Dub Killer Combo, Positive Vibration, Ago Project (Paris, France), Copia Doble Systema (Copenhagen, Denmark), Jonas Johansson (Malmo, Sweden) Lyricson (Zagreb, Croatia)
Adam Salsa: Lead Singer and Master of ceremony Has been considered a pioneer in Rap, salsa, and reggae in his home town (Tumaco, Pacific Coast of Colombia).
Gustavo Ueque: Multi percussionist that has been playing with many different national known projects and is now finishing his music career at the Academy of Arts of Bogota.
