Mostly into downtempo/chillout/trip hop/psy dub but also enjoy atmospheric drum n bass, deep/progressive house, and dub electronic (aka dub techno, though the 'techno' part can be disturbing to some)

Originally from the Chicago area, so that may explain my interest in more intelligent styles of music.  Now I'm in a place where everyone listens to the same toilet radio and don't really appreciate good music. Seriously - even a minute of that sh¡t is too much.

Respect and RIP to VPK - an old family friend who grew up on disco. Working with Vince and helping him find music online (back when Napster and Kazaa were a thing lol) surely had some influence on my interest in electronic music. I found my way into Trance around that time, and while I've since lost interest, DJs like Oakenfold, ATB, PVD, Markus Schulz, etc. introduced me to the continuous DJ mix...
