Listen, we are not saying this is a cinematic masterpiece.  One of us doesn't even think this is an entertaining movie.  But 2014's Zombeavers has elements that you will never see coming, and the terrible characters will have you cheering for those zombie beavers (even though the special effects may leave a bit to be desired).  This movie is fully self aware and creats the most unlikely unbeatable villain in beavers.  Get ready for two wild cameos and some quotes that will live rent free in your brain for weeks! In honor of the recent release of Final Destination: Bloodlines, we decide to watch the OG Final Destination!  This movie was a great blast from the past, and it was cool to see faces that are now flying under the radar.  The first 10 minutes of this movie were tense and anxiety-inducing.  Listen up as we discuss all the stuff we learned about how fate/death work in the movie, how death uses liquid and winds, and how we never pass up an opportunity to ogle horror icon Tony Todd.

Stop everything you're doing and watch Sinners right now!  This week, we dive into the best movie we've seen all year.  Even those who don't like horror should give Sinners a watch. We have another viewer request locked and loaded!  We watched The Monster Squad, an off-brand monster movie, where kids take the helm.  This movie is peak 80s chaos, and we have lots of thoughts. This movie is chock full of creepy imagery, jump scares, and unfortunately for our main characters, awful decisions. But what do you expect? Their frontal lobes aren't developed! Next up in our Halloween month is the 1980s classic, Poltergeist.  Listeners, this is the OG Insidious with a better dad.  Yes, we know that by current standards, the parents make mistakes, but hey, it was the 80s!  It was completely normal to send your kid off in a taxi while standing on your porch waving goodbye! For Devil's Night, we are releasing the OG Evil Dead.  This is totally a childhood trauma movie, and one of us may be over it, while one of us is definitely not.  Besides the multiple eye close-ups, the filming techniques hit, and here is where we disagree--the makeup is unsettling.  We may not agree with every aspect of this movie, but there are 2 things we 100% do: Scott sucks and we totally would have survived this movie!
