I uploaded the instrumental track named "November the 7th" https://soundcloud.com/ndreasloppenburg/november-the-7th a few months ago. Had a female voice for additional vocals in mind then.
A bit later I heard some collaborations with Lawrence Farr https://soundcloud.com/awrencearr singing. He also wrote the lyrics for those tracks. I instantly became a fan of his voice and lyrics.  I badly wanted to do a collab together with him :-))).  I asked him if he could write and sing lyrics for "November...".  Well, he did and totally nailed it!!!!
He wrote awesome lyrics and performed them greatly with his unique voice. Based on the lyrics, we changed the title to "March To Nothingness".

Sharing similar musical heroes, like Depeche Mode and The Human League, we quickly hit musical nirvana to create Fireproof. A homage to the electronic sounds of some of the greatest bands of the 80’s: Propaganda, Fashion, Siouxsie & The Banshees and the two above; it’s a song exploring unmet expectations of friends during difficult times.
