The best songs I've created don't usually take much thorough thought. They just fall together, piece by piece, in the most fulfilling way. Creating this song felt like throwing a jigsaw puzzle across the room and looking over and seeing that it had landed completely solved. The process during the creation of this song was so joyous, even though the song is so sad. Maybe the joy and satisfaction that I experienced was my brain feeling pleased that the deeply buried sad parts of me were able to make an escape through the expression that creating this piece of art gave me. Making music is cool because the people (if anyone) who enjoy this song the most will probably relate to a lot of the things I tend to feel. I hope my music can bring as much value to you as it did for me because there's much more to come.
P.S. that was not a cry for help lol I just wanted to share my thoughts on this song without being too preachy and I tried to keep it simplified but I ain't no poet. Though, I wish I was..
