For our 30th session, we slow things down a little and welcome Kiev based DJ and promoter Dolu (@dolu_ua) and his trance journey.

This mix was recorded during the war at the Earthlings event in Lviv, Ukraine (@zemlianu). 

This series of parties has been held for almost 4 years; now it is dedicated to raising funds for Ukrainian volunteers.

Taipei-born DJ Kaytseng shares a psychedelic podcast for us this week. Wavey melodies, sleek drums and high-speed trance rhythms pulsate throughout, evoking a mesmerising aural experience. Based in Naarm, Kay has soundtracked local spots Colour, 24 Moons, Bourke Street Courtyard and many more, supporting artists like Mama Snake, DJ Spit and Schacke along the way. Previous mixes for CRUDE and Boiler Room have allowed her to reach a European audience too. While Kaytseng’s sound is typically fast and trippy, she peppers her mixes with soft vocals and pearlescent soundscapes, striking the perfect balance between brutal and hypnotizing moods.
