I havent seen the match this is based off of. But when I hear this song, at least personally, I think of how sometimes you remember amazing times like the events this song is based off of. And while those were great times and their memory makes you happy, thinking of them can also make you sad when you reflect on the lack of those amazing moments in your present life.
