Slow Down is an electronic composition written, recorded, and produced by myself, using acoustic guitar, my own vocals, and synth. I wrote this song a while back, when I was struggling coming to terms with my autism diagnosis. In this track, I'm effectively talking to myself and saying, "slow down" and "stop trying to process everything at once".  It's just been sitting on my hard drive, as I wasn't too sure about it. But I've recently rediscovered it and want to share my thoughts and feelings with others.
