2012 the two samoan bloodbrothers Steven Matai and Subtekks, based in the south german city of Ulm, created a new dj and producing collaboration names: FREQUENZKRAFT (FQK)
After 20 years of djing and producing Steven Matai decides to face up new challenges together with his brother Subtekks, who also collected experience in djing and Producing since 2000.

The collaboration name is the plan: FQK stands for 200% dark and massive "BloodBrotherTekkno" who have one big strength: FORWARD! In older times known for the legendary club "Fort Friedrichsau" in Ulm who strengthens the underground techno scene in Ulm for many years, today known for several contributions and releases on Musikpropaganda Label & Booking and of course for admirable performance on uncountable events, FREQUENZKRAFT have reached an own level - musically and also for the feeling, the passion and the love for underground techno!

2012 gründeten die beiden samoanischen Brüder Steven Matai und Subtekks, wohnhaft in der süddeutschen Stadt Ulm, eine gemeinsame Dj/Produzenten Kollaboration namens: FREQUENZKRAFT (FQK) Nach 20 Jahren Djing und Producing sieht Steven Matai zusammen mit seinem Bruder Subtekks, der ebenfalls seit 2000 aktiv auflegt und produziert neuen Herausforderungen ins Auge.

Der Name ist Programm: FQK steht für 200% dunkle sowie massiv drückende Frequenzen mit einer gerichteten Kraft: Vorwärts! In älteren Zeiten waren die beiden durch das legendäre" Fort Friedrichsau" das die Ulmer Underground Techno - Szene für viele Jahre gefestigt hat bekannt, heute für verschiedene Veröffentlichungen und Beiträge bei Musikpropganda Label & Booking sowie die wahnsinnige Performance auf unzählbaren Veranstaltungen und hoben die beiden auf ein eigenes Level: Musikalisch sowie bei dem Gefühl, der Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Underground Techno!

The mix, which you can listen to now, is quite a power-machine, concrete strong set. Already in 1994, Manfred Mages began (Plattenleger X-tray) with 2 turntables to mix, he quickly found the interest and tact for the Electronic Musik.Durch the influences of Jeff Mills, Carl Cox, Sven Vath, Omen, Stammheim Nature One, Love Parade and many more, he began his own career as a deejay Sandores, and not only played at various events and clubs in Germany. Since 2011, he comes after several years break as a plate layer X-tray back ..

The breadth of his diverse sound ranges from minimalist, playful opening, over impulsive Techhouse, to the progressively acting techno. This diverse Repertior is a guarantee of its intension to take the listener on a very special journey and to tell with each set has its own story.

It groovy beats and minimal table experimental tracks place the base to each dance the necessary pep. Crunchy bass lines, driving surfaces and unexpected sound structures, coupled with emotional Breaks give each set a personal and individual touch. These extravagant elements underline not only the high degree of versatility, but drive the tension of musical history to a maximum beyond which no one can. The subsequent happy ending gives an all-encompassing feeling of pleasure and brings a satisfied smile on the face of every listener ..
