Chicago OG and @Teklife co-founder @DJSpinn-1 returns to @Hyperdub this week with a new EP titled 'Da Life'.

The EP marks Spinn's first release in four years and follows a pair of 2015 Hyperdub releases; 'You Never Show Your Love' (a collab project with DJ Taso and Jessy Lanza) and 'Off That Loud' (which featured the late, great DJ Rashad).

'Da Life' opener 'Knock A Patch Out' is a full-throttle footwork affair with the dirty version featuring, well, decidely dirtier vocals and classic DJ Spinn elements.

Experienced Italian artist I-Robots takes to his own Opilec Music imprint with the fourth installment of his sought after 'We Are Opilec!' compilation series. 'I-Robots present: We Are Opilec! Vol. IV' consists of an extensive amount of club-focused material with 24 tracks from the likes of Hard Ton, Dj Skull, Iker Elan and more. Within the new material is I-Robot and Hard Ton's' unique cover version of Madonna's hit track 'Lucky Star'. Budapest-based label All Inn Records prepares to mark their 10-year anniversary for their most significant release to date with the 16-track compilation 'X' - set to drop on October 22. 

Featuring both new faces and familiar artists from the successful label such as label founder, Pola, Ukraine's dancefloor star Nastia, smooth operator Afriqua and more. Ahead of the release, Mixmag has secured Traumer's contribution, 'Spaca' - a glitchy dancefloor driver with hustling drums and evolving vocoder work that hits you just right.

Following the release of his debut album 'When You Find a Stranger in the Alps' earlier this year, Quartet Series bossman Nachtbraker assembles a remix package stacked with serious talent. Among the collection is Danish maestro Central who flips the album track 'Flambo' into a pumping house cut with an addictive bassline and shimmering cosmic textures. Here he showcases the more dancefloor-oriented sound that's helped Central, who has released on  garner a reputation as one of the most esteemed producers within the underground scene. TIP, this is an essential groove!

The 'WYFASITA Remix' EP, which also includes remixes from Frits Wentink, Nemo Vachez and Nachtbraker himself, is set for release October 25.

Spanish producer Cuartero joins Hottrax, another one of Jamie Jones’ imprints, following releases from East End Dubs, Christian Burkhardt, and 9th House. ‘Balaba’ opens the EP with bouncing acid bass, shuffling hats, perky snares and an attention-grabbing vox-stab that carries the energy right through.

@Shapednoise lands on @Nmbrs next month with a nine-tracker titled 'Aesthesis'.

Across the LP the Sicilian artist, sound design maestro and Cosmo Rhythmatic/Repitch label head explores a distinct hybrid of annihilating sounds spanning visceral, engulfing genres such as noise, rave, hardcore, techno and growling, guttural bass. 

The album's far from a lone venture though, with the likes of @halcyon-veil's Rabit, @Mhysa301, Justin K Broadrick and Drew McDowall on board for a slew of collaborative tracks such as today's premiere cut and LP opener 'Intriguing (In The End)'. 

As the name would suggest, it's a fascinating track with faint r'n'b nods, largely in part to Philly artist Mhysa (aka ‘the popstar 4 the underground cyber resistance')and their alluring vocals, which dance uneasily upon the dark instrumental.

According to Shapednoise, 'Aesthesis' is “informed by a set of key elements that intwine all the tracks together, like steps in a long research process. It is intended as a sensory experience where the senses act as an interface, sound as space.”

TREKKIE TRAX co-founder Carpainter takes to the eclectic rave-focused label to release his third album titled 'Future Legacy', which features the relentless rhythm assault of 'Salvo Fire'.

Through this new album, Carpainter returns to the his roots with old school Japanese techno motifs that were prominent during the 90s and 2000s. With 'Future Legacy' he hopes to help usher in a "Japanese techno revival" by delivering raw and powerful dancefloor material. Judging by the new material, he's clearly pushing the scene in the right direction. 

 'Future Legacy' is set for release November 13.

Kölsch makes his highly-anticipated debut on Adam Beyer's Drumcode imprint by remixing the label boss' very one track titled 'What You Need’.

Since its release in 2015, 'What You Need’ has been a fan favorite for the Drumcode family. Now Kölsch transform's the original into a euphoric anthem, as he highlights melancholic chords that build in intensity before dramatic string sequences set in. The fusion of motifs from both Kölsch and Adam Beyer proves to be a solid match, revealing a ballad that fits nicely during the deepest portions of the night.

Zurich producer, DJ and A/V artist @1Shayu debuts on Coyote Records (@coyoterecordsuk) with a five-tracker titled 'All The Way Through'.

As the kaleidoscopic artwork suggests it's a confident, colourful release from a new artist on our radar. That's not to say Shayu hasn't been doing bits elsewhere though. In fact, she released a brilliant debut EP titled ‘Liang’ via  Swiss label Files Rec back in 2018 and recently finished up an Asian tour with a bangin' BR set alongside NAAFI’s Lao and Nick Hook thrown in for good measure.

We reckon she fits right at home here on Coyote too. Her appreciation for grime, love for dramatic, gut-wrenching synths, sci-fi pads and clear sonic narratives aligning with many of the other artists on the label's roster.

Esteemed UK techno talent Alan Fitzpatrick gets tapped to reimagine Green Velvet's acclaimed anthem 'Bigger Than Prince', reshaping the original into a relentless and rolling techno belter. 

Originally released in 2013, 'Bigger Than Prince' is arguably one of Green Velvet's most easily recognizable tracks, due to its iconic vocal hook and infectious rhythm. Now the ballad has been given new life, updating the already timeless tune.

Julien Veniel aka D’Julz celebrates 10 years of his influential label Bass Culture Records with a 10 track compilation packed with 10 new tracks showcasing the label's signature deep and driving house sound.

Rounding out the release is 'Synchronicity', a deep and moody house cut produced by the label head himself. Here D'Julz dips into the smooth and sophisticated side of his sound profile, delivering warm and enveloping melodies wrapped around a driving 4/4 rhythm. Pure bliss on the dancefloor.

Field of Dreams, the experienced duo of Al Mackenzie and Chris Kentish, take to Duncan Gray’s Tici Taci label with their latest cosmic acid chugger titled 'Rebuild'. 

Already a firm favourite of influential talent Andrew Weatherall, the track's sci-fi aesthetic, gripping alien synths and driving rhythm deliver an empowering anthem that is proving to do damage on dancefloors around the world.
