Went for the changeup tonight - bouncy microhouse grooves and some cheeky basslines. Fresh drops, new finds, and old favs. The energy ramp hits a little later this set, but I dropped some hot little thangs in there. I love this vibe - and I think you will too. Late start tonight - made it into the studio minutes before downbeat, and of course, today is the day my streaming software decided to throw a fit. Fortunately I had a selection of cool synth driven tunes that helped to ease the tension after I got things working. All in all, it was a chill set.

Went for an overall chill vibe tonight. Dropped a handful of tougher tracks for a little peak, but nothing too crazy. I feel like this would be a cool set for a night drive or something. This is the makeup set for Wednesday. Had to take care of an emergency situation this week, but thankfully all is well and settled, so I felt I could play tonight. New single dropped this week on Lacreta Records (Good Luck Charm), and I dropped it in set tonight to celebrate. 

The set tonight was really just a bunch of tunes I've been digging lately. Played it pretty loose tonight, but I zeroed in on a vibe and brought it for ya. I'll be back next week on Wednesday again.

I was feeling a groovy kind of frisky tonight, so I busted out the bounce. I guess I'm just in a good mood because my dog is feeling much better, and that makes me feel much better :) This set has a nice energy arc and I was really feeling the selections, so I went over time a little. Fun times!

This was a fun little exploratory set. I wasn't exactly sure where I wanted to go, so I gave myself some options and felt it out as I went. Zeroed in on a mix of lush synths, sharp hats and some basslines. I enjoy going into a set and not quite knowing what to expect, don't you?

Fresh single (plus alternate acid mix)

This is a single that's been percolating for a bit. "Bang (Original Mix)" has a quirky step to it with a groove that cuts deep. The alternate mix, "Bang (Acid Redeye Mix)" ratchets up the energy with an open, urgent groove and a screaming 303.

Brought out a slappin deep tech set tonight and dropped both versions of the new single, Bang. This set went from subdued deep tech grooves to a little streak of bangers before diving down again to wrap things up.

Tried an experiment tonight - I played roulette with a subset of my library to make my picks and used my spidey senses to suss out a through line. The result was an overall deep, tech-ish set with some thick, drummy bottoms for the peak. Not a bad vibe for this deep into spooky season.

Drop in next week on Wednesday night for my Halloween set - I plan to dust off some deep cuts and get dark af for the occasion. It'll be a good time - see you then!

I brought the gloom tonight for Halloween weekend. Haven't played a dark minimal set in a minute - what better time than the last week of October? Explored some dark, abstract, atmospheric vibes through most of the set, peaking around the 1 hour mark with some more defined minimal tech, and then dove back down into the abyss to close.

It was also fun dropping a few of my darker tracks from my release on Microgarden Lab and a couple independent singles. Dig the darkness everyone, and have a weird Halloween weekend!

This is a THIIICK one, people. After the moody, abstract atmospheres of the Halloween set last week, I felt it was time to hit the gas a bit. I brought out the percussion, the thick basses, and the fat ass kicks to fill out what turned into a deep, primal tech set. Hit play and get ready to groove hard af.

"Mantra" is the first collaboration between US producer/DJ AudioMunk and Geneva producer/DJ XavaleX. It is a driving deep tech track built around the hypnotic sound of a Japanese koto. 

The track introduces tempo play during the midway break. While the Original Mix returns to tempo organically, the Resync Version (available on BandCamp) brings the tempo back after exactly 8 bars - perfect for automatic beatgrids.

The gremlins have been working overtime this week. Had to troubleshoot Rekordbox last night - fixed the problem. And tonight, OBS (my broadcasting software) decided to glitch out and cut the stream 10 minutes in. Fortunately, I was able to hop back in and there were no other major issues. The result is a slightly shorter set than usual.

The word of the day is: basslines.

I brought a whole truckload of them tonight - flitting around between ethereal pads and grounded, bouncy grooves. Took a little detour into some deep house leaning material before bringing back that groove to close out.

Also, I'll make a bigger announcement next week, but I'll be taking the month of December off from the live sets. Let's it "winter break." But no worries - I'll be back in January. And I've got a special set I plan to drop for you that first Wednesday of December.

Laid it down between lush pads and bouncy grooves tonight for the last live set of the year - I think it was a fun one! About that... so I'll be taking a break for the month of December from the weekly live sets. I'll be back on the first Wednesday of January refreshed and with a sack of fresh tracks for you, though!

But don't think I'll leave you all high and dry - I'll be dropping a special 2-hour pre-recorded set December 3rd. That will be the final UGS of the year - the 2025 recap - featuring ONLY tracks that came out in 2025.
