On Board Music kicks off 2021 with Point C, the third in a series of Various Artist 12-inches. It continues the label's exploration of the heady atmospheres between techno, dub, and ambient, where the boundaries between the dancefloor and headphone introspection are blurred. The five-tracker 'Point C' sees the return of Hiver, Sylve, and Hironori Takahashi to the label and debuts of Foreign Material and Alan Backdrop. 

Sylve's "Cloudless Raindrops" is a dreamy, feel-good House track that comes out at the perfect time with first spring blooms. Its four to the floor groove layered with shakers and raindrop field recordings set an ideal foundation for hazy pads that move like ebb and flow, allowing filtered piano and arpeggiated wooden perc to shine through like first sun rays after Spring showers. 

Point C is coming out on March 22 via On Board Music.

PREMIERE: Sylve - Cloudless Raindrops [On Board Music]

Ukraine's Etapp Kyle is in command of our next Glitch Podcast, setting out a full hour of mind-boggling experimental glitchy soundscapes. Electronic music has long looked beyond rhythm and melody toward space as a musical dimension. Over the past few years, Etapp Kyle’s cavernous and often hallucinatory techno has dovetailed into an obsession with spatial qualities of sound. Through this mix, Etapp Kyle challenged himself to deliver something special, a side of him which you've probably never witnessed before.

Here's what he had to say about this mix: "I had a bit of a funny yet crazy idea for it. I’m a big fan of glitchy IDM tracks which I sometimes use for intro or as tools. I was going through my music and realised I have enough material for a mix now. It’s crazy experimental stuff but I wanted to challenge myself for the Glitch podcast series and make it this way. Another idea/challenge was to avoid classical beat matching mixing approach but to compile and chop the tracks in the way when they play together naturally without making accent on transitions"

Originally from Seoul, Korea, Unjin's international debut came at Miami WMC 2010 as Korea’s best electronic musician. Since then, Unjin has fast become known in Asian techno circles as one of top producers and DJs to watch. Unjin is the founder of Korea’s first techno label, 'ECI Korea', a platform to expose emerging
domestic and international talents to the world stage. As composer and producer, Unjin has played a key role in laying the foundation for a Korean techno
culture.
In 2010, as a part of the duo East Collective, the first techno album 'Spiral Sequence' was released, receiving international recognition for the successful remixes of works by Ryogo Yamamori and DJ Sodeyama with Drumcell, Mr. Jones, Jonas Kopp, Tony Rohr, & Layton Giodani, and inspiring many young Korean artists.
Under the ECI Korea label, Unjin's first concept
The album 'Kids in Seoul' came to life with support from DJs 2000 and One, Abstract Division, Efdemin, Etapp Kyle, and Troy Pierce. 'Kids in Seoul' explores techno culture and nightlife in Korea and beyond.
Released in 2016, 'Fog Machine Remix EP' with Ness, Dorian Gray, Miller & Keane, and Unjin himself, gained huge international success and support from global techno communities.
Unjin tours internationally. Host venues have included Tresor Berlin, London's Ministry of Sound, Zouk in Singapore, Tokyo's Womb and Air, the Sullivan Room in New York City, Spybar in Chicago, and o/c Pop in
