My complete album "The Lake" (2014)

These are a collection of songs I've written that are really dear to my heart. The album talks about things I observed when I was in my teens, which I tried to express in the most genuine way possible. I chose to call it "The Lake" (My ocean is bluer than the heart you had to break, my sea is deeper than your lake) as a metaphor for the things that go on behind people's facades. I like the saying "You don't know me, you know of me", I learned that many people I thought to be a certain way, weren't like that at all.
We all have our reasons, but most of time all that happens behind closed doors.
But still there are these rare moments when you are able to see who a person really is. Prejudice & ignorance make us think we see how someone really is, but in reality there might be an ocean of thoughts, cravings, values & virtues behind the same eyes in which you used to see not more than a puddle of ideals. 
I believe our consciousness is really deep. Maybe so deep we cannot even see the ground. Maybe so overwhelmingly deep that we feel like drowning inside of our own sea of thoughts.
