AU:KESTRA are a truly unique band in every sense. We are a musical collective of singers and musicians with one true goal; to share our love of performing whilst telling our individual stories. Instrumental Health is a collection of original songs charting the development of the band from it's earliest inception as a college project to our current incarnation as a fully fledged band on the verge of releasing our debut album. Influenced by life on the autistic spectrum, AU:KESTRA's debut is an eclectic mix of styles delivered with honesty, innocence and insight in equal measures.
