ASAP is a independent record company based in Santa Cruz, California. 


  Michael  started songwriting and production while being involved with Digital Synthesizer company Gray Labs Research Inc. in 1978. At Gray Labs he was involved in the design of digital synthesizers and interfaces for acoustic instruments. He discovered a love for sound design and engineering. He started hardware and software consulting for the audio industry as a liaison between the coders and the users.  
He was one of the first to use MIDI and worked on what is now known as "Virtual Recording." He continued to be on forefront of computer software and hardware technology lending his knowledge to various developers such as Universal Audio, Opcode, Cycle 74, Muse Research, Apple, Digidesign (AVID, Passport, Dr. T, Bitheadz, Encore, and others while supporting IT for various studio's globally.
