Two of the fine young (moody)men behind the counter at Peckham's Rye Wax have done the honourable thing and provided everyone with a true winter warmer. "No Hurry" may invoke taking it slow, but the choppy hats, gentle keyboard lead, loping bassline and - you guessed it - beckoning female vocal found on the track amount to something subtly sensual.

It's Not too dissimilar to Adesse Versions or Dan Shake, a pair of artists who emerged like a vision from last December's biting winds and greyscale skies, FYI Chris' 10" is soft-tone, modal house music; simple as.

CHURCHW002 sees release on Mon 15th.

Pedro Alberto Martínez Conde is a Venezuelan TV and stand-up comedian. He rose to fame with his TV comic character Perucho Conde, a latin american Campesino with humorous criticism against the present governments and consumer society. Dr.Ruddz recently created a regroove version of his track La Cotorra Criolla, which is about his monk parrot. I edited Dr.Ruddz regroove slightly to make it DJ friendly

@interstate98's first release on @waxtefacts was ‘Vanice Beach’, a funky roller that owes as much to disco as the club. He’s followed that up in perfect fashion with a solo EP for the label.

He played at least 250 gigs in Paris only and recorded over 150 radio shows since beginning 2000. Seen behind the decks with Young Marco, Ron Trent, Boo Williams, Kai Alce, Robert Hood, Palms Trax, Sammy Massamba, Luke Vibert, Virgo Four, Simbad to name a few... He produced underground hits with rapper Grems and some of his house tracks still got rotations in clubs every week worldwide.
