"The concept for Music for Migraines began with a track on my debut release Overcast on Chitra Records in 2023 (chitrarecords.bandcamp.com/album/overcast). At the time I was putting the album together, my intention was to do several songs on the album in that vein, hence the aptly titled Music for Migraines (Part 1). This is music to slow the mind down, relax, heal, and mend. For one reason or another, I never got back to the creation of additional MFM tracks for that release.

Fast forward to the summer of 2024, I began revisiting the concept. This time the idea was to do an EP. Around that same time, I was talking with Brannan Lane and pitched the MFM concept and the idea of collaborating on this as an EP. Brannan agreed, and we set out on the journey. We started out thinking perhaps 2 or 3 original songs plus a remix. However, what followed was a flurry of creativity as we quickly exchanged wavs, stems, edits. The end result was 7 original songs and 4 remixes.

Helpfully you will find this album to be a step towards healing, a breath of fresh air, and just what you need to slow down the mind. Lo-fi Ambient if you will.

I’m very proud of what we accomplished. I certainly could not have done this without Brannan whose help and skills with music production, mixing, and all-around professionalism are unmatched.

A big thank you also goes out to those artists who were so generous with their time to provide remixes. Each artist brought a different view and expertise to the project.

The latest release on Madloch's Sound Avenue welcomes back Montenegrin producer Lerr with his new two-track EP, Rising Skies. The Ulcinj-based artist first appeared on the label in 2019 with Hummingbird on the second Correlation compilation.

With Rising Skies and Hidden Paradise, Lerr delivers a refined and melodic journey rooted in his signature progressive sound. Airy textures, smooth rhythmic flow, and subtle emotional detail define both tracks, creating a sense of space and forward motion.

Having also released music on respected imprints such as Renaissance and Mango Alley, Lerr continues to shape his sound around warmth and clarity, balancing classic progressive elements with a modern touch.

Laut den Meteorologen beginnt der Winter heute, am 01. Aurélien Buiron, a multi-instrumentalist and electronic music producer known as « Ghost In The Loop » blends technology and natural majesty to create sound compositions inspired by glaciers and remote landscapes.
His music motivates action, weaving connections between art, nature, and technology to forge a rich and evocative artistic identity.

Aurélien crafts sound compositions where rhythms emerge from the cracking of glaciers, melodies form from the flow of melting water, and harmonies arise from the distant echoes of surrounding mountains. This artistic approach aims to provide an auditory testament to the global di- sappearance of glaciers, sensitively, organically, and poetically highligh- ting the issues of climate change. By using music as a communicative medium, he hopes to raise awareness and spur action.

In 2022, Aurélien released his first collaborative album, Music For Liminal Spaces , recorded in a single take with vintage tape machines. That same year, he presented Cold Space Symmetry , inspired by the IRAM milli- meter-wave observatory. In 2023, Le chant de la glace was released, featuring the sounds of a glacier at 2100 meters altitude and -7°C, blending natural sounds with synthetic melodies. This album is available in a limited vinyl edition on Diggers Factory (Sold Out).

His projects have garnered media attention, with reports on national France Télévision and radio.
