Lol this is deff some more experimental but i can see the parts of very high wquality unque production in there!

The intro seems to be really seems to be all over the place.  I was hoping that it would mellow out or take some more rhythmic form and low and behold it did thanks guys love the experimental stuff.

Really digging the dark introduction in this song. this is a pretty well done glitch track.

Today's premiere comes from one of our favourite producers - he played for us in London last December and released a track on our 7th compilation.

His latest release, Orbit, is a 6-track whirlwind of melodic braindance, electro funk and cosmic acid collected from Shinra's excursions to the outer reaches of the known universe. The title track premiered here is an emotional slice of electro with layers of synths swirling around a winding bassline.

With appearances on Balkan Vinyl, Null+Void, InFiné, Analogical Force and Feel My Bicep over the last couple of years, London-based producer Shinra has gradually been gaining recognition for his eclectic, acidic electro jams. Highlights include 2015's "Fallen" (selected for a Boiler Room debut) and his 2016 remix of Sandboards' "Visa" which was picked as electro tune of the month in Mixmag.

”I wanted to design a musical space where I could playback and remix my favourite album tracks, and also create some off the cuff improvisations that I feel are an enhancing and flirtatious musical counterpoint to the universe of Death Peak.

Going back to the material has made me pick apart some of the sequences and made realise what I value most in music.
I tend to shun the pointlessly intricate in favour of the impressionistic, the visceral. I want to extend the boundary of what's possible in music but not lose sight of the complex, emotional story telling at the heart of it, for me it's these things that give music a long lifespan, you keep coming back to records that pull you in on a level that bypasses rational analysis. I give priority to the most child-like, pure and agile musical phrases I come up with, and tend to poke fun at myself when I get all dry and technical.

Death Peak is a riddle of these most pure and lucid moments, condensed into an enduring and continuous musical wheel. I feel I really closed the circle on this one. But then I would say that. All I can say is that I loved making it. Hope you enjoy it too.”
