This is one of these songs that came to me out of nowhere as I was standing in my kitchen making food. As always when a tune pops in my head, I quickly ran over to my guitar and recorded what I heard in my head through my iPhone.
 
With all the tragedies going on around the world and the consistant illusions the media seems portray every single day about how terrible people are has been the topic of my mind for sometime. We don't seem to hear much about the beauty of this world . As James Taylor says, "Music is like a huge release of tension." 
This song is my release and response to all that is going on around the world. Love needs to be our foundation. We are all one spirit, individualized by our physical bodies; it's time we remember that....
