Wrote the lyrics first for a change and then backed into the music to go with it. Not happy with the attempt at singing, but at least got a start. The next track I try will build on the learnings here - bonus points if you can catch the wind on the backing guitar line recorded outside with the sheep and lambs.

Definitely a work in progress type thing, but finding the song sometimes means letting it wander itself and riding with it.

In this setting, I'm not worried about perfection - enjoying the moment and getting to put it on tape puts a smile on my face and soul.

11/6/23 - This is a 100% unedited recording from my phone played on speaker into my Tascam recorder.

The initial exchange is not included, but this is absolutely the most clear instance possible of a person expecting to get away with whatever they feel like because they have a badge and uniform.

It was against Guy Carpenter policy to make this recording.

However, it was against Guy Carpenter policy to terminate my position and demand an unworthy demotion and because of my self-respect and wanting to provide for my newborn child, I was placed on "Supervision" by this person. Her name is Michelle. I called to talk with her and an old man threatened to kill me.

So, yeah, I recorded this because if you hear the way I speak and what I'm capable of and you listen carefully that Michelle is completely manipulating the truth to Gaslight and Hurt me as a person, well, I'm glad to post this.

Why? Because everything she's saying is wrong. I'm letting her talk. The records will show she doesn't understand because she's a stupid, terrible person with absolutely no redeeming qualities.

Oh, and about the plan? Once new leadership got into Guy Carpenter poached from Willis Re, the new Head of Office intervened. He got me a 6 months severance and a layoff.

You know, pittance. Let's talk about Guy Carpenter and Jeff LeGare and Andy - I got a 6 months severance, but because Jeff didn't care about ethics or integrity, cleaning out files I found how much Guy Carpenter paid for Andy's drunk driving wreck while on the job. Andy hurt a guy so bad he was gonna be crippled for life.

Not quite sure but compared to 6 months severance, forking over more than $600,000 and letting a dude skate off to another firm later, basically proves to me that Michelle was doing this with full endorsement and approval from Guy Carpenter and its parent, ticker MMC. In summary, I waited past GC's 7 year records retention policy to bring this up because I'm ready to keep talking about my experience.
